Default chamber size question

hey guys, if you build two sb chevys with custom pistons to achieve 11.1 compression with the same brand heads and same runner size with the only difference being the chamber size like 64 and 72. why would you choose one over the other? will it do anything to the torque and hpower? thanks Cal

Smaller chamber is usually more efficient becuase it requires a smaller dome for same compression.
