Not really. You have to have enough HP to carry it thru first gear. You can set up the front end and control arms to help the car land easier.
My moto is don't lift in first gear or you will definetly tear stuff up.
Wheelie bars will also help a bunch. I had to go with a set this year. I hated to do that but it I was getting worried about putting it on the bumper. It's a blast and the people love to see it.

Put em on there anyway ....and set them really really low....then just tell people you have to run em that low cause when you raise em up you launch so hard you tear em right off and end up on the bumper.
