i think what you have read is that we do not like the petty rules that are imposed. If you think these rules are keeping you safe then thats great your entitled to your opinion.I hope you do not find out anytime soon that this is a false sense of security..

furthermore nothing wrong in building your car in the shed..not everyone can afford a NHRA ( :roll: ) Certified chassis..and if they could they could not afford all the changes and updates each year...lMAO..

If you want to come and re-visit what NHRA used to be..go to your next 10.5 OUTLAW RACE....gauranteed to be the fastest COAT HANGERS in the land...... 8)

Again your opinion is welcome here always...

ps: dont forget the NHRA Fart Muzzle upgrade coming in 2009.i think lively has the rough draft rule book on this one...lol

I let my NHRA membership expire in July after 28 years.

Don't regret it one bit.

NHRA sold out and then Wally died.

I'll stick with bracket racing.
