Default witch way is better

I want to build a 400 sbc for drag race only.Is there any advantage to using a different size rod in my build?I will be using a stock 400 crank and want to get around 11 to 1 compression.

If your looking for a better rod ratio, lighter piston, less piston side thrust. I would go with a 6.0 rod

6 inch rod would be the best choice.
