a tank of fuel would be nice to bring tom that way when i'm running circles around you i will never run out.

Ok since nobody gave any numbers for this post, I will.
I know I'm not the fastest but here it goes,
In the 1/8, best sixty foot has been 1.36 w/ best et of 6.02 @ 103 mph
Its a full bodied 71 nova all steel all glass w/ 468 bbc on nuts, glide, 538 gears on 10.5 slicks and my big 290 pound butt driving it.
So c'mon people spill the beans and lets see some numbers here and tell us ur combo so we can compare notes.

very nice cepx111, the blue duster in the pic goes 10.60 with a small block mopar 410cid 8" neal chance converter 727 trans 4.30 gear. with my fatt butt it goes 3300#. run's on 93 pump gas.

Hey Sloman: I think my combination means nothing. It looks as though hammertime and myself are the only ones running dragsters everybody else seems to be running door cars. They are all nice doors cars but i have never drove one and dont know much about them. Thanks,Don

505 bbc, powerglide w/1.76 gearset, 4.33 rear gear, 15x15x33 tires, all throttle, no bottle (bottles are for babies :lol: )

8.962 @ 149
5.672 @121

weight is 2750 with me in it... oh and i'm set up for 1/4 racing...

so tom, how fast is your car in the 1/8?

davis419, post your hotrod you have to remember that alot of people look at the post. like i said in the first post all are welcome and i would like to see times from any cars or dragsters. gimmemud that's some cool stuff right there. that thing must be a blast to drive.

Yea it is, kinda hard on the ears and eyes though, been trying to get a set of Dynatech downswept headers for about 2 months now. I did get the vacuum pump on though.

The biggest problem with dragsters I find, is they do not steer through the drive thru very well.... :lol:
