also my friend Craig Owen won the 10.5 Extreme Outlaw race..he ran the 1979 Ornage Honda ( Danny Porter) 1st round...

i got 4 or 5 cool videoes of this event ..if anyone would like me to post them i will...Alot of hard charging 10.5 car action,,and took all vids my self..
I don't know BJ, now that you are an alcoholic you may be looking for 2 5THS in your stockings.

Too bad the little Honda come to terms with the big boys today that would have been funny.

It wasn't a bad weekend over here for the old guys. My friend Jimmy Smith won the 7.0 class in his 67 Camero. Worst light (protree).012, worst pass 7.04 through out eliminations.

Not bad for an old codger (64 yrs.old)

ahhh yes the 63 vette..its now on the front burner...bunch of small stuff to do ..but should be no problem BY spring..to roll her out..i am so anal on checking and re-checking it takes me 3x longer to get something done then the average joe....ANAL or CAUTIOUS :?:  . HMMMMMMMMM

now as far as the wife driving the 67 camaro..ya iF she just rolled up there and rolled thru kept it under 5,000 rpm ...NO problems.....

she loads up on it and i got a Hurt wife and a bent car. ops: ..NO DOUBT..its that TORQY at the bottom end...a far cry than that 7.50 et she runs in hers...

where ya been Ed ?..always good to hear from u !

P.S. one good thing about it ..i got some good seat time the last 2 months..always a good thing before crawling into the vette the next few months...one thing all should remember no matter what you drive.
