I've always wondered what was happening on Sun Jul 01, 2007 7:50 am on the RJ forum. At the bottom of the page it has "Most users ever online was 210 on Sun Jul 01, 2007 7:50 am". There are usually about 5-10 people at the most logged on at any given time. What were they giving away on that day? Or either somebody was catching he!! about something! lol. Anybody remember?

That was a big day indeed... everyone was on the forum waiting to hear about when Rudy Holloway went to jail in Mexico. Remember, he had contacted us from Porta' Viarda while was on vacation (so he claims). He was trying to raise some money for bail to get out... but it was steep (like 250K or something). Apparently, while escorting a pretty little senorita from a tattoo parlor one night, she was reported to have assaulted Rudy in an apparent struggle over a mysterious briefcase... Rudy lost that struggle & she left him a little prize while he was out cold. It was said that she stole his passport, ID, money, she left him with only the shirt on his back & a Black Peso stuck to his fore-head. This is the Mexican mark of death ("Death Peso"). Once marked with a Death Peso, you typically have just a few hours before you are WAXED. Luckily the 5-O found him. Rudy was taken by the local authorities & given an option to make a phone call from Jail or e-mail message... he choose to message through RJ... that was when everyone was here that day. He never said what was in that brief case, but some think he may had a little buisness going on.... a little cash-cow on the side. That is all I know. Scoot

I knew it had to be something big. There's hardly ever more than 10 logged on at any given time.

"while escorting a pretty little senorita from a tattoo parlor one night"
Oh yea, you gotta love those days. I think I still got a few more left in me!

LOL!!! I am done with those... but looking back, it was fun. Once I quit drinking, they pretty much ceased. Every once in a while, I wish I could drink again, but I quickly remember one of those nights & sober up right away. Lol!!
