craiglist is great for stock glides
Most people that don't know anything about drag racing think you are stupid for wanting one. Some will almost give em to ya to get em out of the garage floor...kinda like a 305 sbc

Then there are those that think they are worth a fortune.

Yep, that was me about 5 years ago, sold a complete 1.76 glide to the local 2nd hand speed shop, $50 :shock:

I thought you were a gung ho powerglide guy....since you bracket race so much. What do you run a 400?

Default powerglide

The outside diameter of the spline on a V-8 powerglide is .885" approx.

The outside diameter on a 6 cylinder is about .030" smaller I believe.
