I believe if it's viral it will be up to her imune system...antibiotics won't help. I'm no doctor but I have seen almost every episode of " E.R."

Good luck and I hope she makes a speedy recovery.

This is kinda funny Todd but, in all seriousness if it is true about the viral and antibiotics this could explain alot. They were giving her antibiotics the first couple days and it wasnt doing anything for her. The only thing that was helping her was the morphine and demeral that they were giving her for the pain.

Also thanks to everybody for their support. I guess we are lucky enough to have her parents there also to take care of the little one while she is in the hospital.

Well a little update on the wife situation.............

She had a colonoscopy yesterday (or today for you peeps in the states) and the doctors are saying that it is just inflammed, but she is still in lots of pain and still pukey. The docs have her on steriods right now for it. The docs are trying to get her out of the hospital tommorrow. To me it sounds like there is something else wrong and they arent seeing it. So we shall see what will happen. Oh and they also upped her pain meds to deal with the pain too.
