The exact same way you adjust them on any engine. the 4 7 swap has nothing to do with it...unless you use a method like "Bring number 1 to TDC then adjust intakes on these cylinders.... etc
Just adjust each valve when the lifter is on the base circle.
When the ex starts to open, adjust the intake. When the intake has opened completely and is on it's way closed, adjust the exhaust.

Just lash them the way you've always done it. WITH the new firing order, you'll be just fine. As long as the lifter is on the base circle, for the valve you are adjusting, everthing will be just fine.

ok thanks. all that info was no help at all. In the above 8 threads i did not get step by step method. I am new to this and this has wasted alot of my time. If ANY 1 out there has a STEP by STEP Method it would be greatly apreciated.
