Default Dart Almuminum head trouble

I got a call from my engine guy telling me he found the a problem with the valve guides on one head. These are older Dart 360 heads.
The actual valve guide bushing is loose in the head on 2 valves. How does something like this happen?. I am second owner of the motor, bbc 582..
Im guessing that the guide can be pressed out and an oversized O.D one pressed in?

Thanks in Advance
Keith

Default Guide

Keith,
Had the Same problem Years back!
We ended up making some Guides, the cut grooves for small snap rings on the top side,so that way it could NOT go down.Usually this happens if the Heads are either Real used up,and the material is getting soft,or there has been some Welding done and heads get Soft?
