Default anyone still run one?

cool cans... i know the cooler the fuel the more power just wondering if anyone is running them and is it worth the investment? thank you

I run the blue Moroso cool can that i bought used years ago.I don't know if it helps but i still fill it with ice water everytime i run.

hmmm..... i never tried one but i know their suppose to make a difference and just wanted to know if it was true before i waste the money...... :wink:

We used to run them years ago and also put ice in a towel around the intake manifold. But that was for class racing where you had to do everything you could think of to just go a little quicker than the next guy in your class. Even found ways to use dry ice and also wrapped the transmission in asbestos to keep the fluid thin for less friction. I wouldn't recommend those things today.

I don't think it is necessary for ET racing. You can spend your time between rounds more usefully than digging ice out of a cooler, I think.

A cool can makes the fuel denser.....

Like previously mentioned, it's really more trouble than it's worth.
