Default Building a new car

Hi,Im building a new camaro with a 406 sbc.should i run a hyd roller cam or solid.which one will give me more horses?also,which pistons are best,Domed or dished.

I don't know it might just be me, but if in fact littlehotrod is your uncle or not you two must come from the same mold.

It seems to me that if I remember right when he first came on here and posted things for sale in the forum section was told not to and did it again, then comes on here and says he is sorry. Sound familiar? Then comes on here like everything is OK and now wants advice on a project. Sound familiar?

Is it me guys?? Do I need to get back on my meds? Let me know. :wink: :lol:

you \guys are all smart buts im just 15 trying to get some dang advice.And no i do not have any pistons rods for sale.that was my uncle on that deal,not me i just want some advice on my project.

I would use pistons from a Duramax diesel more compression, then i would get a camshaft for a 604 big block and install it, more cubic inches :!: :!: :!:

Hey yall how much would them Dura-Max pistons raise the compression in my 540 BBC ??? :lol: :lol: :lol:

throw the 406 away, get a good used vette motor with a 3/4 race cam... :lol:
