Hendrens correct and I'll add that the sbc iron eagle (Dart) needs to have oil drain backs machined into the lifter valley if you run it as a wet sump oiler.

I know how you feel It took me about 2 months to change from a 396 to a tall deck 598. Nothing lined up bolted on or fit quite right. The biggest problem I had was the march surpentine pullies that was bought for ease of installation and so I didn't through belts anymore not for looks. I had too buy additional parts to make the altenator bolt up and march told me it was designed for 69 camaro power steering pump.when it said big block chevy.not 69 bbc . Bought a new pump and still had to grind on the the pump grind on the billet bracket and add washers and still didn't get full adjustment of the belts.

What a business to have.

Sell stuff to people that doesn't have to fit, always needs to be modified at your expense, never except return goods, no guarantee that the parts will work with your application and charge out the butt for specialty parts. Then when you call them, try and get anywhere or make any sense out what they say.
Oh yeah, don't include everything you need to install.

Pathetic, but I keep buying there stuff and re-designing there junk.
