I run what comp cams refers to as "street solid roller"in a 434sbc with ported 230cc heads.Works awsome.600 & change lift on a 108, yet not quite so aggressive of a ramp, allows a tighter lash(.018)& less spring press.Adjust valves at beginning of summer,& at end, thats it.Last time only had to set a few, course I do have stud girdles, helps.Well worth running mechanical, pumps anything hydraulic I could put in that motor, throttle response is nothing short of unbeleivable, gobs of power & sounds super cool.
