Big difference between 87/93 octane and E-85........You will be able to run more compression and a little more radical cam with E-85..you will also need the carbs blueprinted for e-85 and the Fuel pump E-85 Compatiable.

E-85 is around 105 Octane. 8)

what area do you live in ?

only tunnel ram id use on a motor that big is a fabbed one(big dollars)if i was u id look at dart or super vic with a SINGLE 1150 or 1050 minimum cfm....

if u want a motor that goes build with performance parts,if u want a bling bling motor, then go with the old school two fours
