Default building A 427 TD ENGINE

HI GUYS I AM STARTING THIS BUILD WITH A VIRGIN 427 TD GM TRUCK 4-BOLT BLOCK . PURCHASED ON HERE FROM A GUY WHO BOUGHT IT YEARS AGO FROM GM AND NEVER USED IT. THE BORES ARE ROUGH FINISHED TO SLIGHTLY UNDER 4.250 .SO ALL I HAVE IS THE BLOCK AND A PR. OF NICE STOCK 049'' HEADS.WAS THINKING AROUND 550 - 600 HP WOULB BE NICE .MAYBE A SCAT 4.250 CRANK . EAGLE 6.800 RODS WOULD LET ME USE A STOCK PIN LOCATION +.060 454 PISTON TO END UP WITH A 496 .DOES THAT SOUND RIGHT ? THIS IS GOING INTO MY PRO-STREET 1932 FORD 3WINDOW . HAS 4:11 GEARS 33/18.5 TIRES TURBO 400 . I NEEDS SOME IDEAS AS TO WHAT NON-ROLLER CAM . WHAT CONVERTER, INTAKE & CARB.PLEASE HELP ME BUILD A GOOD ENGINE
