Default 468 Build ?

I have a 4-bolt 454(.030 over 468) with factory steel crank. and 7/16 rods w/ARP bolts, 11-1/2 to 12 to 1 comp. Cam is 250-255@050 with around .580 lift. Closed chamber rec. ports,(2.19/1.88) w/bowel work. What is an expected ET,and HP/TQ of this type of set up in a 3500/3700LB car? PS. What can I do to make it faster without breaking the bank? (child support)

That combo is actually a 461" .060 over is a 468. We're running a similar setup in a 3700 LB plus Biscyne, but better heads and bigger cam (.660) roller. We have run 10.56@126mph.
I'm thinking you can run 11.30 to 11.70, i did a little over 20yrs. ago with the same setup in a 65 chevelle.
