Default Will it work? 305 heads on a 350?

I had a 305 that blew up. I was left with a set of 305 heads that only had 50 laps on them. They were fresh from the machine shop. They had a new valve job and had been milled .010 . I have a stock 350 (with out heads) that i want to put them on. I have heard good and bad about doing this. I am racing in a enduro class, where the engines have to be stock. Dont have the money to buy 350 heads. Will this work? I was also told i could install 194 valves.

Default heads

I know of some guys that have used 305 heads on 400ci.So it should work fine on a 350ci.

All small block heads are interchangeable; one thing to look for on the 305 heads is some of the chambers are 58cc, so they will raise the compression ratio.
