Rear end for a 92 v8 S10

Default Rear end for a 92 v8 S10

Does anybody know what is a good Strong Rear end that will fit good for this Truck ? Its a Real nice 355 Truck. Might want to Drag it now & then. Has a 10 bolt posi. Chevy Rear, Forgot what they call it. But I have heard its not Good !!! Thanks for any & all help !!

it is a govelock-----TOTAL JUNK AS SOON AS YOU GET BITE

RUNNING SLICKS--go to a well setup 10bolt/9 inch ford/ or 8 3/4 chrysler

RUN A BIG BEARING FORD 9 .PARTS ARE PLENTIFUL AND CHEAPER THAN CHRYSLER 8 3/4. BOTH ARE STOUT REAR ENDS STRAIGHT FROM THE FACTORY!

have a good rear end narrowed down, your only as strong as your weakest link I used to run a 8 3/4 mopar with 30spline moser axels, my wifes s10 has my third member and she now has a another mopar, my s10 blazer now has a dana 60 40 spline and of course a ford 9" would be a good choise and a good strong 12 bolt chev would also work

X2...you can get one with a 4.10 gear and limited slip for around 125 at a pull a part junk yard
