Got a buddy racing a 55 Chev with a blown hemi in it. Hmmm. I've always raced Chevs. Tow it with a Dodge dually. Wife drives a Ford. I reckon Chevs have a nicer sound than a Ford. The distributor at the back sucks but that ain't a prob on the race engine, its running a Jesel belt drive dizzy on the front.
Gotta say the Chevy cross is a lot cooler than the Ford ummmm badge.

Not knocking any Models, But has anyone seen the Latest issue June 2009, Page 14 & 15 of car craft magizine featuring a mopar in all its glory

Totally Crushing the Tree, climbing the median and loosing is back tire. All in less than 60'. Now that takes ?????????????

Well on a positive note, Atleast the mopar made it into the June Issue.

Now thats some advestisement.

The is a note referring a response from the NHRA.

"According to the NHRA, You don't get charged for hitting the tree. Just don't do it" LOL!!!!!!!!!!! ops:

Now it is a sad day when more people will rather pick a Chevy. One of the guys actually gave me an idea too. I got a 55 Chevy and I am having trouble thinking of a motor to put in it so I might just put a Ford motor in it. I want to be different. So the choice I am making is Toyota
