["CamBirdRacing"] I can eat a cow for dinner and not gain a pound.

i can relate, i am 34yrs old 6ft2in and since highschool i could not get over 180 . everybody always made comments about how skinny i was.
tried allthe weight gainer shakes and nothing worked. about 2yrs ago i jumped to 195 [getting older iguess] but still had comments here and there, now i am 210 [ hard work tring to keep it..lol  ] i can feel just that little bit of extra weight but i feel better and dont get the comments anymore. :?

Yup, no more sugar for me, except when I cheat. Dr. told me to give up smoking, and alcohol too, I'm gonna miss that doctor.

I am 54 now.It is down right difficult to keep your stomach from looking like innertube.Have to walk and use gym regularly and watch my diet. All it takes is for you to take that first step.A thousand mile journey begins with a single step. But I ain't taking it easy until the day they pant me in the ground.

I will be 45 in August. I was told marriage, having kids, divorced, and another marriage should work. My wife now is working on it for me, but it's still 175lbs.
