I had a CSR water pump that I sent back in for a rebuild. They got it back to me but they had a seal in wrong and it poured water out. I sent it back and they fixed it and paid for shipping both times for my trouble. Their customer service was very nice and polite, and apologetic when they messed up. I would do business with them again.

I don't have any idea if their customer service is any good or not.
My pump is only about 6 years old and works fine. After this long I figure it's been well worth the money and if it gives me any problems I'll just buy a new one. I'm not much for using used parts that are as important as a water pump. A $$$ motor isn't worth trying to save $50 to me.
