I already invited WHEELER to state his case.......He isn't stupid !
Have a email and paper trail all the way to AUSTRALIA.......

For the record..... Wheeler never repaid my money , after numerous requests which where ignored ! ( SCAMMER )
PayPal refunded me.
Did WHEELER refund PayPal ?......i guess NO......Thats why he was removed from EBAY.
This whole exercise has been a SUCCESS. All us car guys only want what we paid for. Many people are too embarresed to admit they been ripped or scammed by someone. That is what scammers relly on.
I am not to proud to share my experience to help other honest hardworking people from becoming victims of any scammer ,wether it be WHEELER or any other person.
I am happy to say that i purchased an engine from a guy from this site
based in Carolina. DID I POST HE IS A SCAMMER ?......NO
I have nothing but praise for his honesty and i got exactly what i paid for.

FBI....... There is such a thing as International law. When it is broken by cross country purchases the FBI will get involved if requested.Can also be done online @ ..........IC3
