advice on tires for a all steal 1970 pro street chevelle with 925 hp and 857 tourque

I have finally just abought finished my car. It has a blown 540 and makes 857 tourque and 925 hp at 4800 rpms. Its back halfed frofecionally with 4 link ect. I have pro track tires on rear now and at 50mph it will blow them off the car! I have to get a better tire for street and do not know what to get,,figured ide ask around first. Hoosier qt pros seam to be pretty nice,,anyone use them on the street? Do you have to screw the tires to the rims?? also tubes or not? This cars heavy but makes somepretty desent power for a street car. any advice apreciated.
