Default Email thru RJ but don't show as a member

Maybe i am thick...but how does someone email me thru RJ and i repond back to them and we carry on a dialogue and then when i search for their username which is "fcwild" it does not show up...

this person claims they want to buy my car and has offered to wire the money into my account and i told him he should come and look at it...sd he did not have the time...would wire me all the money and send an enclosed transporter to pick it up...

what would be your thoughts?

my username is DW

Stop right there.

Can you say SCAM.

Don't give any financial info to this guy.

If it sounds to good to be true, it is.

He just wants your bank info to try and get funds from your account.

Bet you can't get him to talk to you on the phone, right?

Is he out to sea, on a boat?

He said he would call me if i accept his offer...i would not give my info to him unless his banker called my banker and they made the transaction...

if sounded like a scam as he was too quick to make a buying offer without seeing the car... i would never pay what he offered for a car i had not seen...i don't care if there was a thousand pics...nothing like seeing it and rubbing on it.

thx for your input...i may play it out a little further to see if his bank will call my bank...and i may set up a shell account at my bank just to recieve the funds that will not have any money in it.

thx

Default scam

I use bank wires quite a bit, i have a "wire Transfer" account only and keep no money in this account for them to steal, it is safe if done right. but in the end a scam is a scam, be smart.
