I have a found out more on this character, he is working out of Ohio under a dealer d.b.a. of D&J's Auto Sales in Ironton, Ohio and uses lots of alias names, he operates out of Russell, Kentucky. This Guy is a Liar and thief, do not do any thing with him, he will burn you, he burned me for $5000.00. I am now going into litigation and am working with both att. Generals in Ohio as well as Kentucky, Please Beware......
