Default Have you done a long distance trade?

Has anyone traded with a guy from across country? If so, how did you work out the logistics?

Did it work out good or bad?

Just wondering as I have a car up for trade . There's a sweet 71 camaro in WV but I didn't get a message back from the guy.

Risky Business. Go in person if possible. If not hire a local person who knows their stuff to go look at car and take pics etc...best $$ you will spend

I have several friends including my engine builder in WV. Give me an add # and if somebody is close maybe they can look at it. I'll be in Gap Mills, WV. September 22.

Its a good site No question. I have bought and sold with success. I always made the trip in person tho ....A crook ia a crook and times are hard no matter the site/source.

Rabbit ( Scott ) is a good man and knows his cars. Rabbit has been to my house several times..He has rode with me to dinner with my family.. Needless to say I would trust his Judgement hands down if he is offering.

Good to know thank you! If the guy was interested in a trade I would for sure take Scott up on that offer.

As a show of good faith, recommend that the other party ALSO either see in person or have a trusted 'friend' look YOUR rig over.
