5.3 out of a 01 chevy 1500
gonna run an ms3 cam 237/242 .603"/.609" 112lsa
can i mill the heads down .030 for more compression without having to fly cut the pistons

I wish i knew enough about the ls engines to help ya. I do love the 6.2l in my truck. There have been a lot of guys on performancetrucks.net build 5.3l's that might be a good place to search. Good luck.
