Thanks for the memories YB, i ran against some of those guys in the mid 60's when i was running A/MS / B/GS, although i never went to Indy i was pretty well known in the Chgo area with my Blown 56 T'bird. I've thought of a comeback to those days since i have both a 1948 Anglia and a 1941 Willys, neither one ready for the track (and they never be at my age
), but i still dream.

I've always liked the old gassers. The Anglias, Willys and HenryJs etc. They always looked like handful with the short wheelbase.

I've heard my dad talk about those OLD cars and seen calendars with some on them. They look pretty cool :lol:

i love the gassers!!!!! ive got a 55 chevy my sons going to build and ive got a glass 41 willys that if i live long enough im going to build. all to fit 1964 nhra rules.but i need a good chassis for the 41 and they dont come cheap...do they zip...lol
