Default And Just Who Didn't See This Coming?

Had to figure it would come to this with this marxist/communist bast**d in the white house! All I got to say is he better be careful how hard he pushes those among us that still believe the Constitution's 2nd Amendment means exactly what it says, his executive orders be damned!!

Biden: Obama Might Use Executive Order to Deal With Guns

11:42 AM, Jan 9, 2013 • By DANIEL HALPER

http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/...ns_694984.html

Vice President Joe Biden revealed that President Barack Obama might use an executive order to deal with guns.

"The president is going to act," said Biden, giving some comments to the press before a meeting with victims of gun violence. "There are executives orders, there's executive action that can be taken. We haven't decided what that is yet. But we're compiling it all with the help of the attorney general and the rest of the cabinet members as well as legislative action that we believe is required."

Biden said that this is a moral issue and that "it's critically important that we act."

Biden talked also about taking responsible action. "As the president said, if you're actions result in only saving one life, they're worth taking. But I'm convinced we can affect the well-being of millions of americans and take thousands of people out of harm's way if we act responsibly."

Biden, as he himself noted, helped write the Brady bill.

Eric Holder was scheduled to be at the meeting that's currently take place at the White House.

MAYBE IT'S TIME TO MOVE TO WYOMING? CAN TEXAS BE FAR BEHIND?

Wyoming Lawmakers Propose ‘Gun Protection’ Legislation

By Rich Denison Yesterday

http://k2radio.com/wyoming-lawmakers...n-legislation/

Several Wyoming lawmakers are proposing legislation designed to protect gun-owners from any potential federal firearm ban. The “Firearms Protection Act” bill, introduced this week, would make any federal law banning semi-automatic firearms or limiting the size of gun magazines unenforceable within the state’s boundaries.

Anyone trying to enforce a federal gun ban could face felony charges under the proposal. It also includes a provision allowing the Wyoming Attorney General’s office to defend any state resident against any federal firearm ban.

You can see the absolute stupidity of Congress and the Zero's administration. They have absolutely no grasp of history. In '94, the Democrats passed the "Import and magazine Ban", targeting imported guns and parts, and High capacity magazines . . Basically it was aimed at the AK-47 (as I've said here before) which wasn't/isn't much of a gun anyhow . .

But the up side of that was, the Democrats lost the House and the Senate because of that . . Today, the Democrat's base, the Progressive Left, is again, taking square aim at their own right foot and getting ready to do it again . .

It is estimated that 12 to 15% of those moderates who voted for Obama in the last election will turn against him and the Democratic party if they screw with the Second Amendment in any way, so while Congress may make law that will restrict sales of Guns (of any specificity), Ammunition or constrain the buying of the same in any manner, they'll pay for it at the polls next election in 2014.

And don't wait for the Republicans to call you and ask for money . . Screw those whiny milquetoast bastards too . . Spend $35 and join NRA . . Until this week I hadn't belonged because I don't believe in buying a Congressman, but it's time to do something besides piss and moan . .

And next election, vote whoever's in your federal office, OUT! Make a change, big time . . .

Dunno, but I think if the country wants to solve their "Homocide by Gun(s)" problem we need to go in another direction. That's because few killings by gun are done with an assault rifle or any kind of rifle or shotgun. They are committed with Handguns, and STOLEN Handguns at that.

Let's make our Representatives, if they're bound to have a political effect on this discussion, legislate "Mandated Sentencing" for possession of a Stolen Firearm.

I'd say 5 years for possession and 10 years for possession while committing a Felony. No Plea Bargains, no Probation, no Parole. Just hard time in the state of federal slammer. That would be the difference between our current gun and drug laws and serious law to take "Guns off the Street" . .

Few criminals go to a Gun Store and buy a Glock or S&W for $500+ so they can go hold up a Bodega or EZ Swipe for $75 . . That's a lousy Return on Investment, even for dummy who dropped out of the second grade . . Nope, it's the stolen pistols and sawed off shotguns that are the "Guns d'joir" in the crime business. We buy 'em, they steal 'em . . . based on that theory, Obozo and his Socialists want to punish you and I instead of the thieves . .

And . . If a person is really pissed, and has decided to kill somebody, one way or another He/she is gonna find a gun, so I don't see this as much a "Gun" problem, but a "Person" problem . . And if you make 'em all illegal then you've created several million pissed off "criminals" because few of them are gonna turn them in . .

All has been said before & heard....

They cannot fix the "people" problem. All they can do is attack the guns. What they don't get is that it will make it worse on so many levels by trying to take guns.... not to mention they will still see the same problems exist. Notice how bows are becoming more popular??? Felons can hunt with them too. I say own both- it is your right still. Save more bullets this way.

End times. We are in the end times. The point of no return. I don't know about you guys, but I want to own guns & ammo in the end times.... There will come a time where the strongest will survive. I am going to be a gun owner in my generation... they can't take what they don't know you have. There are so many ways to keep them... just like the bad-guys who will keep them if they are taken.
