Thats very impressive, does anyone know the rules, it looks like he has slicks on the car, sorta hard to drive those in the rain. Congrats to him, job well done

Very cool. Hard to imagine a 7sec car driving street. Slicks here in Oregon are noticed by Police... got a warning once after cruise night. COP told me the batt switch was noticed before the slicks; then he noticed them, then looked for wipers once pulled over.... let me go but said I needed street tires & at least one wiper.

I run slicks on my Camaro all the time, no wipers as well. The cops will leave us alone on cruise nights here in mid Missouri. We've been able to get away with small burnouts as well.

I wish they were that way here. The Cops actually hang around in the crowds on cruise night waiting for a burnout, then they pull you over immediately... usually results in a "excessive noise" violation. Many folks trailer cars to & from cruise night due to slicks & "SP" plates... total socialization of our hobby... sucks.

I hear ya. I've been to a few cruise nights in other cities that the cops were that way as well. Certainly puts a damper on any fun.
