Default Very last race of the year......

....and it's drag racing !
Local strip is having a 'Last Bash' this Sat and I thought I's see what the ANIMAL would do in a straight line ! Slicks in the rear and skinnies(compared with what I usually run) up front. Oughta be fun !

Any guesses on what it'll turn ?

-Firebird raceway in Boise @ 2000ft elevation
-2700 lbs
-400hp 360 small block Mopar
-904 mush box w/1500 rpm stall
-4:10 w/Sure Grip

You could go as low as 11.50, i did it with a bone stock 427 in a 3500LB 65 Chevelle in the 80's. i have a friend here in La. that runs 6.40's in the 1/8 with a 360 Duster or Demon, don't know which, but she's been running the car for about 25 yrs. I suspect the engine is a little stronger than 400 HP though.

Zip.

Fired it up to load on the trailer and a loose bolt / tinny sound was eminating from the bellhousing. Am thinking flex plate issues.
Been running this combo pretty hard for 5 years with no major probs, so this is expected / acceptable. Oh well, i needed something MORE to do this winter !
