Well, the article isn't quite truthful on the chronology of the request by Obama to companies like Lockheed, but he did state that if they didn't send out the notices, the "Justice Department (the same agency who would prosecute them?) would pay their fines" . .

Of course, the Justice Department would be using YOUR money to do that. Not to mention, there's a huge "Conflict of Interest" here . . how can a Prosecutor pay the defendant's fines? Ostensibly, for breaking a Law the Executive branch of the Federal Government has sworn to uphold?

Now, I'm not a fan of the impeachment process, but this is an Impeachable Offense, and if this is how Obama plans to run the government for the next four years, he's setting himself up as nothing more than a two bit dictator. he's advocating breaking Federal law.

I believe he's already done that three times, with little push back from either side of Congress.

On the "Truthful" thing. Lockheed hasn't complied (or stated that they might) with the administration's requests or suggestions.
