Default Beware of Seller IMPALER22 AKA BUDLIGHT301

Bought helmet with Paypal from seller when his username was BUDLIGHT301. Has not sent item in over a month and stopped communicating, other than a blow-off/lie message that the item was shpped and he would send a tracking numer. No item, no tracking number ever came my way. Has since changed his unsername to IMPALER22.

Here is the ad I responded to:

http://www.racingjunk.com/Helmets/27...ER-HELMET.html

Here is the message flow as we worked out a deal back in August. From what I can tell his name is Chad Parry from Rockford, IL.

Thanks
Keith

Default Claim with Paypal

I did file a claim with Paypal, I'm thinking I'm screwed though as the seller talked me into sending the payment as a Gift.
