Default bearing clearances bbc

getting ready to put together 454 .040 over forged 4" crank factory rods (stess tested and ballanced) kb hyp 257 pistons 781's with 2.19 int valve bowl work and a .629 lift mech flat tappet wanting to know bearing clearance on mains and rods and endplay and if you could throw out some hp and tq numbers?

If the crank measures standard, i almost alway buy .001 over bearing on both rods and mains, giving me .002/.0025 clearance, .022 side clearance.
I hope you put new good ARP bolts in the rods.

what is the best way to set thrust bearings? have all toqed and loosen rear cap pry back and then forward with crank then torque?
