Default Holley Carb has anyone seen?

Hey Guys, I bought a 70 torino with a 351m in it and it had this holley 3310 carb on it, I've never seen the 2 needles in the front before, I'm not a holley lover and it has that nasty dead spot when you put your foot in it but it screams at wot.
Has anyone had much to do with these or even seen the 2 needles in front, I cant seem to find one anywhere.

Your dead spot is probably a weak or plugged accel pump circuit. Never seen one of those.

Default Holley

Looks like those may line up with the jets?

If so, could be tapered metering rods that adust the orfice area of the jets.

That sounds very plausible, Mark.
