If you look at a little history on the NSA (No Such Agency) you'll find that it has a specific purpose, at least in the beginning. However, in it's use of technology to listen in on electronic messages of other countries, it has also become the listener of ALL electronic messages transmitted by Radio, TV, Microwave or electronically sent Broadband. And it has done so for about 35 years, as technology has progressed.

That's what the "Cray and IBM Supercomputers" were all about. The underground NSA Complex at Fort Meade, VA covers almost a hundred acres and has several levels (floors) of supercomputers that listen to and sort electronically intercepted (Passive Listening, actually) and sort by use of "Key" words . .

And . . Apparently, the "key" words list has gotten rather complex after 9/11, and a lot more conversations are being listened to, or read, in the case of the internet . . By computers . . . Legally, this information cannot be used for either political purposes or Executive orders . .

But then, the current administration hasn't done a lot of "Legal" things to date . . what would keep them from breaking another law?

To consciously 'break' a law, you must first respect that it is a 'law' to begin with. ZERO has zero respect for American law, therefore in his mind, he is NOT 'breaking' ANY laws.
