Default CAL-TRACS FOR THE S10??

Getting ready for the suspension on the v8 square body.

leaf springs but can't decide on the bars [mostly street with some drag racing ]
about 350 horse at this time]
with an auto
it has the ZQ8 suspension on the rear with the anti hop shock on it

anybody got ideas or a set laying around?? thanks
solid spring bushings/poly bushings / clamping???? IDEAS 8)

With no more HP than you expect to have, i would think just a set of slapper bars would work just fine. I've seen cars work with them with a lot more HP.

I am planning to clamp the front half also--we might try the slappers first [caltracs can get expensive!!!] :roll:

I'd also take that overload leaf off, unless you plan to carry a heavy load, and add a good set of 50/50 shocks.

A long time ago we ran a 431" b/blk 67 Camero conv. That ran 10.89 @ 127 MPH, with the mono-leaf spring and slapper bars.
