Not taking his side but if it was that bad why did u trade ?
as far as the title not being in his name 99 percent of the guys that trade dont transefer them over, u CAN still have it out in your name.

being lied to sucks but didn't you look at and drive the trade? you accepted it so you can't cry too much. the only way to keep from being scamed is by using good judgement and checking this forum FIRST. sorry you are not happy with your trade. :idea: :idea: :idea:

also most people who trade cars do not have titles in their names. this is common . as long as you have an open title you don't have a problem. here again use common sense. :idea: :idea:
