you cant go wrong with edlebrock manifolds, and compcams has a program called camquest that is user friendly, free & will help you decide what camshaft to go with. You will also need to change valve springs while your at it. I don't know what your budget is, but a nice set of aluminum heads would only help if you can swing it. if not have the heads you got reworked as in valve job, ported or home ported if you cant afford to have them ported, there are tons of videos on you tube and atleast one on hptv about porting heads.
