starter and flexplate question

Default starter and flexplate question

if u have a 153 or 168 tooth flexplate on a sbc will there be seperate starters for each flexplate size i kno tht the 153 is smaller in diametor and im haveing issues with mine yesterday it wouldnt turn the engine at all and today it wont even engage the flexplate enough to turn it just barely hits it and throws sparks

yes... they are different starters for each :wink:
