HOW MUCH CFM IS GOOD TO COOL A DRAG RACE ONLY ENGINE?

anyone heard of or used zirgo electric fans?they make a single blade 3000 cfm fan that draws 10 amps that im think about buying.

looks excatly like mine......i got mine 16" from autozone for $60 and come in sizes from 12",14" and 16"..... they are really thin and lite and move alot of air with not alot of current draw

no shroud.... just the fan and it will suck and hold a damn towel from a few inches away and keep it there..... i can only image with a shroud
