Default Adjusting the floats

i have a 406 sbc with a 850 quick fuel carb, i got the floats set 1/2 (middle)
of the sight glass.

should it be set higher to the top (so when u shake the car, u then see the bubble) ???

i know 1/2 way would be ok on a street car but this is a race car only

where do u guys set yours, thanks for the help.

Remove plug and adjust so fuel is at bottom where it just barely starts to leak out.

Sight glass so no plugs. Is this gas or alcohol?

If it is not pulling fuel over into the boosters at idle you should be fine.
