What are some upgrades i can do to my 5.7 350 motor in my 98 chevy to make more power?

you guys see the year? 98 notmany companies making computer friendly after market ignition stuff. so bust my ball all ya want but to work with the computer options limited

Well lets ask more questions, 98 Chevy what? If its still bone stock you need to open up the air cleaner and exhaust. Does it have a programmable computer? Lots of companies make programmers for fuel injected cars at decent prices. Tell us a little more about what you have now.
