I do know hospitals here has a non smoking policy :!: But my question is what can they really do if they catch them [PATIENT} :?: Throw them out :?: My wife is a surgery nurse and they can't even smoke on the ground's or within 100ft from hospital :!: :!:

I guess they could take the cigs away from the patient.
So who do you think they will try to sue? I'm sure somebody is already thinking about it.

Sure they can take them but you know as well as i do it has to be a family member bringing them in there so guess what they will bring more because they feel sorry for the patient :!:
