BBC. Mines usually about 120-130 before the burnout and about 160-180 afterwards. If its only 160 before the run I leave the fans off til the end of the strip to lower the amp draw. Gets to about 190-200 without the fans.

I'm particular with temperature. I pull out of the staging lanes at 160. I'll bring it up to 170 to start my burn out. Then I stage at 180. I feel that the more consistant you keep things, each run will be more consistant. JMO.

Of course I don't do burnouts, but I stage mine at at least 160, but like to be at 170. Some motors run better cooler, but mine runs like a turd if it's colder than 160. I do run the water pump, but do not run the fan until I hit the finish line.

Rupert Alky Carb on BBC. On the morning warm up I push the car to 200. Shut it off and turn off the water pump to let the heat soak in. When I head for the lanes, 150 degrees. I like to be 160 going into the water and that normally has me 165-170 depending on the time of the year staging the car. Car back at that trailer never above 180.
