bbchevy oil filter?

Default bbchevy oil filter?

Hello to all , I am currently using a hp-4 frame on a 540 bbc. What would be a better filter to run on a street and strip engine like this one/ currently running ams oil 20- 50 full synthetic / w frams hp-4 , Did some homework asm oil said to use there eoa fiter for street driveand wix racing for track , is there one filter i can use or am i stuck

NO FRAM LOVERS on this site that I know of. Use WIX or NAPA filters.

Wix 51061R or Moroso 22460 are all I have used on Chevys for racing. I don't know why they would not be just as good for street use.
These are both the longer of the 2 standard sizes.

STOP, DO NOT PASS GO, Get the Fram off asap. I also run a wix racing filter. Street filter I'm not sure, but some of the other guys can give more info on that.

Wix or NAPA gold are great. Also if you want a little more HP switch to AMSOIL 10w-30 Racing oil
