Default A lil' slice of heaven....

Well, my crew chief and I FINALLY bought us a chunk of ground !! Been a long time lookin' but we done did it !
1 acre of nice flat turf, 1998 freshly remodeled 3 bdrm mfg home, brand new 24 X 24 dbl car garage, nice yard a big shade trees. Lots of room to build my dream shop with lots of parking/storage area.
First thing I did was grab one of my grandson's and lay out a small BMX track for the grand kids and big kids to play on. Will be timed runs only as it's too narrow for side by side racin'. We've worked up some nice banked turns and they are all gettin' the hang of ridin' the banks to make quicker laps ! I'm havin' a ball showing those young whipper snappers how it's done ! Also how to crash with style ! ops: ops:
Will post some pics soon.

Congrats..Sounds like the house is taking up too much space may need to down size it to be sure the shop is big enough.

That's cool DD. Nothing like home sweet home. I'm looking forward to moving in a year or two and building nice shop too.

thats great DD!! I miss my BMX days, I still suprise the crap out of the local kids when i jump on one of their bikes, pull off a rock walk and then bunny hop over the nearest curb! I may be in my 40's but can still rock it on a 20 incher. I still have my state final trophy from 1982, finished 2nd in points that year in the pro class. God, what I would pay to live those days again! Enjoy the new digs, it sounds great!
