i raced in the hornet class all this year with some wins wanting to move up next year wanting to no what class would be the best to move up to was thinking about the crate lates any suggestings would help

I'm guessing that the Hornet class was limited in the amount of adjustments that could be made to the car. Usually this is a entry level class that is supposed to be cheap and the cars equal. I would suggest that you try the street or super street stock class. This would allow you to get familar with the many adjustments that can be made on a rear drive car to go faster.Jumping from Hornets to the Late models is a big, big change. Some guys do it, but spend the entire first season just learning how to drive the bigger horse power cars. What ever class you move to if you can't afford the best safety equipment, you can't afford to race. Good luck and have fun and be safe.
